(Junior) Real-Time Streaming & AI Speech Processing Engineer

Your role

You will develop the core of our streaming platform, which segments, transcribes, diarizes, and translates language in real time. Your code ensures that our customers can operate in compliance with GDPR thanks to local AI.

Tasks

• Further development and scaling of our gRPC-based Python microservices
• Integration & fine-tuning of ML models
• Low-latency optimization
• Performance profiling from syscalls to GPU
• Active participation in shaping the roadmap and new features

What makes you stand out

• Solid practical experience in at least one of the core languages ​​(C, C# or Python)
• Experience with streaming architectures (gRPC, WebRTC, SignalR)
• Clean code mentality, self-organized work, and openness to new things

Nice to have

• DSP & Audio ML know-how (FFT, MFCCs, model fine tuning)
• Infrastructure skills: Proxmox, Linux Server, Docker, CI/CD
• Open-Source Track Record

Collective agreement & salary

This position is governed by the collective agreement for employees in information technology (IT-KV) . We offer fair compensation above the standard rate, depending on qualifications and experience.
