Wir legen Wert auf Datenschutz, das bedeutet wir haben unsere Lösung komplett unabhängig von Clouddiensten Dritter mit Open Source Modellen und unserer eigenen CLUE KI-Plattform gebaut. Alle Gespräche werden transparent lokal verarbeitet und das KI-Sprachservice arbeitet ephemeral, d.h. Daten werden nur kurzfristig im Arbeitsspeicher gehalten.
Wo wird das lokale KI-Sprachservice betrieben?
Wir betreiben das datenschutzkonforme KI-Sprachservice in ISO-zertifizierten Rechenzentren in DE und AT. Für besonders sensible Gespräche ist der Betrieb auch auf dediziertem Server im Rechenzentrum oder on-premise mit der individuellen CXO KI-Serverlösung.
