No. Ogmai processes conversation content ephemerally for live communication and deletes it after the conversation ends . Conversation content is not permanently stored and is not shared with third parties .

What data is technically logged?

For operational and quality assurance purposes, we process exclusively technical operational and diagnostic data (e.g., system events). Conversational content is excluded .

Is there a data processing agreement (DPA)?

Yes. We provide a standardized data processing agreement (DPA ) for organizations subject to DPA requirements. We will gladly send it to you for internal review (data protection/IT/legal) upon request.

What does "data protection compliant" mean at Ogmai?

Ogmai is designed for data sovereignty : processing with local EU AI , operation in ISO-certified data centers , and a concept with ephemeral processing without permanent storage of conversation content.
